St. James Entry Transferral to 2011 Membership

Player opted to transfer entry fee from cancelled St. James Classic to a 2011 eGolf Professional Tour membership. Balance owed is based on $2,000 membership fee (plus 3 percent processing fee - $2,060). Rate of $2,000 is good until December 20, 2010. After that point, the membership fee goes up to $2,250 - thus making this invoice null and void. Per eGolf Tour policies, $40 of tournament fees are withheld on this transfer following the cancellation of the event.
