Charlotte, NC - May 11, 2010 - The eGolf Professional Tour announced today that the TWO exemptions granted into the Nationwide Tour's Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper on December 2, 2009 will be awarded to the low participating players at the tour's Bolle Classic on June 16-19 and Forest Oaks Classic on July 21-24.

This marks the second year in a row that the tour has been granted two exemptions by the John Q. Hammons Foundation into the Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper. In 2009, eGolf Tour players Clint Jensen and Scott Brown used their wins at the Southern Open and the Forest Oaks Classic, respectively, to earn spots in one of the Nationwide Tour's most prestigious events, conducted annually since 1990 in Springfield, Missouri.

The 2010 Price Cutter Charity Championship will be played at Highland Springs Country Club on August 12-15, 2010 and will feature a purse of $625,000.

The exemption will be set up in the form of a tournament-within-a-tournament qualifier at both the Bolle Classic and the Forest Oaks Classic. Players will have the option to pay a "Price Cutter Charity Championship Fee” prior to the event in order to register. The participating player who finishes the highest in each tournament will be granted the exemption. All money generated from the exemptions will go to the Price Cutter Charity Championship's 42 designated charities, which are run through the John Q. Hammons Foundation.

The winner of each exemption will be put up in private housing for the week, will have their round-trip flight to Springfield, MO paid for and will have the option to compete in up to five local pro-am events from Saturday through Wednesday of tournament week, with each one paying the player an appearance fee.

The Bolle Classic will be contested at the Country Club of Salisbury (Salisbury, NC) and Sapona Country Club (Lexington, NC). Salisbury is a stunning Donald Ross original and is one of the most cherished architectural gems in the greater Charlotte area. The parkland setting tips a hat to some of Ross' best work in the Northeast at Plainfield (NJ) and Siwanoy (NY). The two courses have combined to produce a bevy of stout champions in the tour's past, including PGA TOUR players David Lutterus and Justin Hicks.

The Forest Oaks Classic will be contested at Forest Oaks Country Club (Greensboro, NC) and Willow Creek Country Club (High Point, NC). Forest Oaks hosted the PGA TOUR's best for 30 years as the site of the annual Wyndham Championship and produced winners such as Seve Ballesteros, Raymond Floyd, Davis Love III and Lanny Wadkins. The course underwent a restoration courtesy of Love's design group in 2005 and re-opened to rave reviews for that fall's event.
